1. Description of Services
GMATOrb provides online GMAT preparation courses and materials. Each course is described in detail, including pricing, structure, and duration of access.
2. Course Selection
You may freely choose among the available courses on the GMATOrb platform. Each order confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
3. Order Validation
By validating your order, you acknowledge and accept the course terms, pricing, and these Terms of Sale. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement.
4. Order Confirmation
Upon confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order, including the course title, price paid, and access details.
5. Access to Courses
Access to your course is granted immediately after payment confirmation, or on a scheduled start date. Courses are accessed via your personal dashboard at gmatorb.com.
6. Course Availability
Courses are available while supplies last. In the rare case that a purchased course becomes unavailable, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund to your original payment method.
7. Payment Methods
GMATOrb accepts secure online payments via:
- Stripe – for credit/debit card payments
- PayPal – for PayPal balances or linked accounts
- Flutterwave – for users in Africa using local bank cards, mobile money (e.g. MTN, M-Pesa, Wave), and regional methods
8. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access (unless stated otherwise). A digital receipt and transaction summary will be sent by email.
9. Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if:
- You have not completed or consumed the full course content
- You request the refund in writing via [email protected]
10. Liability Disclaimer
GMATOrb is not liable for temporary unavailability due to external issues (e.g. technical failures, maintenance, internet outages). No guarantees are made regarding score improvement or admission outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property
All course content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, share, or publish any materials without written permission.
12. Modifications
GMATOrb reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date and will apply immediately.
